What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
Hopefully you are 100% happy with your order. While we do our best to be as accurate as possible, we are human, and occasionally we stuff up. But don't worry, we will sort it out for you!
Sometimes human error may result in a wrong t-shirt being sent, or a small mark missed on a shirt. Issues like this represent less than 1% of our orders (and we’re pretty proud of that!), but when they do arise, we’ll handle it!
Incorrect, Damaged or Faulty items
We will replace or reprint an item if incorrect item has been sent or it has been delivered with defects (wrong design, wrong style/colour/sizes sent, damaged or faulty item). On receipt of evidence of a photo of the item received, we will reprint and send out a replacement at no charge.
Change of Mind
We have provided sizing charts to help you to select the right size for you, and to ensure less errors when ordering. Please ensure you check sizing before ordering. Due to the custom nature of each item we print, we aren’t able to offer exchanges or refunds due to change of mind. ‘Change of Mind’ includes but not limited to
- Customer prefers another sizing than the one ordered
- Customer ordered the wrong colour or design
